The Deye WS-L5000-BC-2 is the battery container at the heart of Deye's 5 MWh-class utility storage architecture. It stores 5,016 kWh of LiFePO4 energy at 1,331.2 V nominal, using a 12P416S system configuration and a published 0.5P charge/discharge rate. The 1,144–1,497.6 V operating window is designed to interface directly with large-scale PCS equipment, while ≥94.5% DC energy efficiency, liquid cooling and IP55 protection support high-duty daily cycling. Aerosol-plus-water fire suppression, C4 corrosion protection with optional C5 and a -30°C to +55°C operating range address the environmental and safety demands of grid-scale projects. At roughly a 20-foot-container footprint, this model gives EPCs a repeatable 5.016 MWh storage block that can be deployed in multiples for solar farms, standalone BESS plants and grid-support applications.
